I've actually been at this for a week now, but just now found the app on my Droid. What a great way to make keeping the journal convenient.

I feel like I'm really ready to do it this time. I'd like to feel better, be able to keep up with my kids this summer, and look in the mirror like I think I look in my head.

I have two young daughters and I need to be sure they have a good role model for healthy living. I don't want them to be obsessive about food; I want them to have a good self-image and be healthy.
