Steady Sunday on a Monday
(didn't have any free time to do this yesterday lol)So the wedding was this weekend! It went great, everything went smoothly and it was a perfect wedding. Friday morning was the bridal luncheon. Went to a fancy little hole in the wall restaurant in this small town where the only other things in the town is a gas station and a post office. They had SUCH delicious food. Needless to say I ate a lot this weekend. But I haven't gained anything or lost anything either.
At that little fancy restaurant I had baked potato soup and a small salad. It was DELISH!!!! Then they offered me dessert and I devoured a slice of white chocolate pecan pie. I don't even want to THINK about how many calories where in that slice, but it was DELISH!!! It made my tongue SO happy! After the luncheon I went and picked up my boyfriend and then went and bought my shoes for the wedding (yes I am SUCH a procrastinator). Then we went to the wedding rehearsal.
After the wedding rehearsal we went to the rehearsal dinner. I had chicken breast, sweet potato, and green beans. They brought out some chocolate pie dessert but after eating the white chocolate pecan pie that dessert couldn't even COMPARE to the deliciousness of the first one so I didn't even bother eating it. Just tasted one bite.
Saturday the day of the wedding made me realize what I really have when I have Todd as a boyfriend. I had to do the bride and all 7 bridesmaid's hair and it took over 5 hours and he just sat there in the room with me and waited for me to be done. I thought it was so sweet. If someone did that to me I'd probably be kinda ticked off. But not him he was so patient! And everyone looked beautiful. Todd is pretty bashful though. He wouldn't dance at the wedding only slow dance. I LOVE DANCING! So I left him and danced with the bride a few songs fast songs and he just sat and watched me. lol. It's okay that he is shy and bashful, I think its cute...and I think eventually I'll pull it out of him to just let loose. Might take a few extra drinks. At the wedding they had beer and wine, I only drank a sip of wine with the toast, I hate beer and I hate wine I only drink the really high calorie and over priced girly fruity liquor drinks.
I caught the bouquet when the bride threw it. This old granny lady almost tackled me down for it though. Lol. It was a really good night. After we left the wedding around 10 me, my mom, my stepdad, and Todd went and had a margarita. Sunday I worked all day (a 12 hour shift) and Todd stayed with me the whole day, then I took him home and spent the night with him there. I didn't go to work this morning (I really don't have to work there anyway anymore since I quit but I just am doing them a favor). I will go to me second job in an hour UGH. Really dont want to, I need a lazy day one of these days! I've been so busy!!!
