My Daughter's dance recital is now behind me. She did such a good job on Saturday, I'm so proud of her.
Now it's back to me. I have let the diet slip but have been pretty good about exercising. Starting today with recording everything that I eat and all exercise. My goal is to burn 1000 calories more that I take in. I would love to get about a two lb a week loss.
