only lost 0.3kilos this week...but lost 2cm overall....still not happy. i would have liked to loose at least a kilo....need to up my exercise and eat less.....was planning to go for a long walk today.....but it is so hot....so cleaning house it will be :(

you dont need to eat less. i eat large meals caise i love eating. but i do it smart. count every calorie that pass your lips. i have about 600 to 700 calories a day, i drink 2l-3l water a day and i dont do any exercise.... i am aiming to have lost 10kg in the past 4 weeks. this morning i was 200g away. if you wantit bad enough - get serious with yourself... you are the only one staning in your way if you dont see the results you want. i have a almost 2 year old and a 9 year old and they eat anything. when i make them a meal i dont even lick a mm butter or cheese sauce from my fingers. and it is paying off. you can do what ever you put your mind to. you jusr have to want it bad enough. if you ever need help i am happy to help. 😉😉💪👊
