I only managed to go Monday at the gym this week ever since I havnt been myself. I can't stop beating myself for that Ohw well I just pray I at least manage to go from tomorrow

I have to force myself out and on the road everyday... when i get back from work, i just change my clothes and out the door. the thought of sitting will just make me lazy and end up with regret. Soooooo!!!! LET GET UP AND DO IT, you'll be happy after. better done in the morning, train yourself now so that its not so horrible when its winter
