I'm feel better today. I'm settled back home again after 4 days our of town. And I stuck to the diet while I was away. Although I was visiting my family, I missed my wife and kitties. Nothing like the comforts of home.
For lunch we're having grilled salmon with steamed broccoli, one of our favorites. I can't believe there are so many carbs in broccoli. For dinner, I'm having left-over chicken in a salad. With all the beef I had over the weekend, fish and chicken seem like a good change of pace.
