I weigh every day, but only record once a week, or else I'll never be in control of this eating!

i feel its what works best for you.. i weigh everyday and try record everyday, i use fitbit to record every day and this platform when i get some time to log on. so the reason i record everyday is for motivation, I'm impatient and can't wait a week plus if i pick up on my next weigh in i can look back at what I've eaten or done that may have caused the weight gain. You have to see what works best for you, if you feel more motivated weighing everyday then do it, but i have felt that sense of demotivation at the end of a week where you thought you worked hard and lost next to nothing :) give some feedback after a while of what you feel and find works for you

I try to weigh only twice a week. Do it early in the morning after you went to the bathroom.

weighing must be fun and you must be outcome independent i.e. not bothered by a gain. it truely is a bit random as i track my food and exercise accurately but weight change just happens in odd spurts. for accuracy you would weigh just once per menstrual cycle on same day and morning of cycle on waking. if you weigh every day just have fun with results like you would with a gambling slot machine. remember 1 litre of water weighs 1 kilogram.

It looks like you want to fight the scale, scale going to win anyway. Cm and scale one a week. You work on your goal and confirm ones a week to see if you are on the right track. Just do it
