Yesterday I had 7.20 carbs (actual not net) and 465 left-over calories. Today 12.18 total carbs with 220 left-over calories. Two more days until my weekly weigh in and I don't know what to expect. I feel like my fats have been really high and I'm not getting enough protein. We'll see.
