Found a BMI calculator at cdc.gov

Since starting to discipline my eating and use FatSecret and Diabetes:M, my BMI has dropped from 41.1 to 36.1, with an ultimate goal of 137 #, BMI 24.3 (under 24.9, the marker for being overweight or normal.

My intermediate goal is 185 #, a BMI Of 32.8, still obese, but having lost 20% of my highest weight (231 in 2015).

The next intermediate goal would to change categories from Obese to Overweight; to accomplish this I would need to weigh 167# and have a BMI if 29.9. It doesn’t seem possible to do at age 2mnths shy of 65 and a totally non-working Thyroid, but I’ll do the best I can.

The idea is to control my blood sugars so my A1C is <5.6, which puts me back in the non-diabetic range (where I was in 2015) without using medicine.
