Just a quick note, I haven't fallen off the earth, just yet. Haven't recorded food lately, just lazy on my part, plus having some stomach problems lately.
Wondering if any of my buddies have every switched from Atkins to South Beach Diet ?
Will be away next 3 days DH and I are getting away to Omaha to go see the Omaha Zoo & Aquarium and whatever else we can get into over 2 days, just for fun.
We celebrated our 39th yr anniversary last friday, 5/25/12, think maybe I celebrated just a little too much... LOL
Hope everyone is doing great, will check back in after weekend.

Hi - I had remembered you were going on vacation. Didn't know about the 39 year anniversary - Congratulations! As for the South Beach Diet - I haven't looked at it so many years I can't remember the specifics, but it seemed like a workable plan. BTW - Did you ever get my reply to your PM on salad dressing?

Like Buffy, it's been awhile since I looked at that plan. Is that the one that's sort of like Atkins at the Maintenance level? I guess it all depends on how you feel a particular plan will suit your needs in the long run. A belated Happy Anniversary to you! Lots of anniversaries among buddies these days.....you, Bren, Buffy...
