I've been doing the weight watchers plan now for about 2 months and I'm happy to say that I've lost more than 10 solid pounds! This is alot for me! I think it's crazy that i haven't done it sooner. It really isn't that hard to do, it's a mental thing more than a physical. My stomach could be saying "I'm not hungry" but my eyes are saying "that cupcake looks great!" With the help of the food log, actually having to type in what i'm eating has made it easier to say that i dont really need to eat that. So far so good. I had a little plateau last week, so I increased one day of eating, and "pow", I lost 3 lbs this week. For the first time, I actually feel like i can accomplish my weight loss goals
