I am steadily rising, not falling!! I am unrestrictedly eating. I have to discipline myself in what I eat. I have a doctor's appointment next month on the 19th of March and I don't want to weigh this. My doctor will have words for me -- and rightfully so.

I would suggest logging your food into the dairy. Adding a little mindfulness to what you are putting into body, will help you see what you need to work on. Enter everything you eat and drink. Don't judge yourself, just learn what your patterns are. Then you go to your doctor next month, your doctor will have a better idea of where to start. You can do this! One step at a time (:
