Although I slept at 3am last night, I don't feel so tired. Maybe it will come tomorrow...? I thought today was Wednesday or Thursday during the day, so maybe I AM tired. Books are my enemy of my sleep, but it's a difficult fight to win for me. I got several books that I have been requested at library today. I really have to be in control, but I am not sure how.

The weight change in the last week was amazing, but I feel it may about the time to slow down. Drinking water is still my challenge. My glass can contain about 10 oz, and I try drink 4 cups a day minimum.
