Another hour at the gym. I AM EXHAUSTED! But I really hope to see results.
Well... I used to go to the nutritionist and with his help I could lose 33 pounds... But now I don't have the money (nor the courage) to face him and let him see how I messed up all the efforts and the progress...
I'll keep going to the gym until I reach the weight I had the last time I saw him. By that day I will have saved the money I need for it.

Just keep doing the workouts consistently and stay in a weekly caloric deficit and you’ll be fine and the weight will slowly but surely come off
