Exercise: The FIRM Hard Core Fusion(HCF) -- <b>5 workout days this week</b>

I didn't wake up early enough to do walk before work. My right side back muscle hurts somehow although it didn't hurt when I did exercise yesterday. I stretch it whenever I can and hope it'll go away sooner.

I got the second call for moving. I don't know how serious I should take it. The last one was cancelled two and a half week before the moving date. Since we'll move some time within a year, I should prepare to move any time, I guess. I try not to think too much but need to prepare. Stress, stress, stress.....go away!

I went Bath & Body Works today, but they were closed! Is it because of Easter? Bank and Post Office were open on Good Friday and Publix closes on Easter. Is it only this town or not? Hum...


I added ground flaxseed into my white egg omelet today, but I didn't like it. I didn't like flaxseed with a hole egg omelet and now with white egg omelet. I just am not a big fan of the texture flaxseed gives to omelet. It is good match with oatmeal to me. Maybe I can try add it to homemade salad dressing next time.

I realized that we can enter food diary one week in advance. Today, March 4, Sunday, I can enter food diary up to March 10, Saturday. This could help me to make balanced meals plan. Now, the only thing I should do is make good meal plans...
