7:46am - Just finished my oatmeal breakfast which included a little honey, some Smart Balance, and almonds. I feel good but I think I ate too fast. I'm thinking I should get into the office earlier so I can eat before anyone gets in the office. I can't seem to get myself to eat at home since I'm not hungry enough at that time.
I did get up at 5:20am today and worked out for a half hour. Nothing strenuous...I mainly march in place, do some kickboxing kicks and lunges so I just work out to get my heart rate up. I used to jump rope but it got too hard on my knees. I figured as long as I'm moving I'm doing something. My house is still in construction so once that's done, I want to get more yoga done in the morning.
