1:17pm - Finished lunch about a half hour ago. I had brown rice with chopped broccoli and Smart Balance. On the side, I had some barbecued chicken. I took off all the visible fat from the chicken but I think it was too greasy because my stomach feels slightly queasy. I'll have to remember that next time I eat chicken. I think I overate a little bit. I had some plain yogurt with half of a papaya at noon as a snack before I headed home for lunch (about a 40 min drive). Then the drive home was cancelled when I found out my husband can come out and meet me for a doctor's appointment later today. I was still hungry at 12:30 so went ahead and ate lunch. I don't feel over stuffed but feel a little too full. My pants don't feel tighter it's mainly all in my stomach. I'm drinking Sweet Thai Delight (decaf) tea to ease the queasiness.
