Just didn't feel motivated today.. did 5min treadmill and once around the horn with everything. I was struggling with the weight even first time around.. normally I am fine. I ate something before going, didn't sleep well last night, and it's about that totm. I want to eat everything!!

Today has been one of those rough days, but I got groceries today. This morning was rough, because I didn't have any grab n go anything. I got my regular go to's so I'm set. I need to hardboil some eggs too.

I know that feeling! Just got done paying my "monthly bill" and made it to the rainbow as the ceps put it lol. I had so much energy for the gym this morning it was great. So don't get discouraged, it's OK to take a rest when girl stuff is wreaking havoc. Stay positive, you're doing great!
