Have been to the gym every day for the last week, and although am feeling much better for it... I'm feeling pretty tired in the evenings. Can't muster the enthusiasm to cook nice meals, and have mostly been having something quick & light and crashing on the sofa.
Feeling much fitter though, and am starting to look like an orphan in my big old clothes! I bought a couple new pairs of jeans last week... I don't know if anyone else does this, but I bought one pair that is so tight I can bearly get them on..... so each week even if the scales aren't going down, you can feel the difference by these tight jeans feeling a little looser! I started doing this a couple months ago with a pair of jeans that I've had in the wardrobe for about 6 years because they were too small.... Now they're like MC Hammer pants on me!
