If I stick to what I know I don't get hungry. I eat clean six times a day. Low fat, no bad fat, low GI veggies, .75-.8 grams of protein per pound, and an apple and 1 oz of almonds split up between breakfast, 1st break, and break after lunch. By the time the next meal rolls around I have to force myself to eat. BTW the breaks consist of more than just 1/3 oz of almonds.
