Day 2:
Much better start to the day, with a lower points breakfast and a lowerpoints lunch. Now it is Friday night - and I am feeling snackish. But this is my day and my diet and I have decided to take care of myself. I'll start with some fruit and veggie preparations for dinner. And sip a small glass of wine to handle the snackish feeling. I know I'm not inclined to drink wine quickly.
