in the beginning when you make lots of mistakes it's not wasted time, it's gaining knowledge and experience for A) discipline and B) what doesn't work/ what to avoid. keep trying new things till you find something that makes you smile, cos if you're not having a good time on your journey you will keep struggling. big hugs! !

I have been so hard on myself and attempted n failed so many diets for years and this time no diet jus eating healthier and smaller portions of food I love and replacements e.g. I try to elininmate bread as much as I can keep it max 2 slice a day with meals wen I go out I immediately remove chips from my plate to my hubby n take his little side salad I enjoy steamed veg like cauliflower broccoli n sweet potatoes with foods instead of mash rice or chips .... curries are my weakness wen I eat it I try 2 hv 3 tbs of rice instead of a heap like I used to this has been good to me I also dance for an hour 4 times a week
