Reading some comments this am and have to say that I find it surprising that people offer diet or nutrition advice to others so freely. The results from research on many diet and nutrition topics are not always clear and there remains a good deal of conflict over - what is best for weight loss, balanced against what is best for overall health. The KETO diet as an example gets a very bad rap from certain segments of the medical community while others promote it as the answer to many health problems. Eggs are bad for you, eggs are good for you. The medical community is divided based on research results. I have an opinion on these and other matters but I am not going to try and convince anyone that I am right. It is great to tell people what is working for you and how you have managed the challenges. Similarly it is great to recognize others accomplishments and encourage the people who use this site. That is helpful and has context for the reader but advice on what to do or what is the BEST approach to diet and exercise should be given with great caution.
