Don't look at the finish line, but the small steps you've taken to get closer to your goal. Stay Positive, keep working at it. I know you'll achieve your goals. Your making changes to last as lifetime....Racing to a finish line --often ends in heartache, injury, or failure. We want none of those for you. ONLY SUCCESS !!!! We all remember the story Tortoise and the Hare ---> the tortoise (slow and methodical) won the race ---- Apply this thought process, may take time, but it will train your body to acclimate for life. :-)
