Well, back at it again, I lost toatal motivation, I really don't know why, I just wasn't getting motivated from my weight loss I was expecting, I think as I was getting down on weight It was too much change too fast and I think I sabbotaged myselfe as I always seem to do, even with other aspects of my life. I really want to get in shape, not from a selfish, I want to be skinny and look good way , but I really am concerned that if I continue my health is eventually going to suffer, I already feel I'm getting old, only at 32 I can feel my body slowing down and things I did as a fat young guy are now showing me my size and its not as easy, lol. I really want to live a healthier life and the commitment I'm not sure I'm ready for, I must do something though, I really want to, I need to do this right or wrong way at least I'm trying.
