had a cheese craving this evening.....plus i had pasta something i haven't had in a long time.....so tomorrow i am going to try fasting...and eat only supper....have also downloaded a cardio boxing exercise routine, which i am going to start from Sunday..i am really trying to get past the 70 kilos mark...i have a goal to get to which is 65/60 depends how i feel when i get to 65

thanks Annelize...how is it going with you....fasting day is going pretty okay....have had two cups of coffee and now having ginger and lemon tea...not hungry so far and it's past 3
