I'm in my 4th week of the change now & things are going well. Went to the gym 3x the 1st week & 6x the 2nd & 3rd weeks, at least an hour of cardio & 20 mins of weight training each session. Shooting for 6x this week as well. Carbs have been a little high lately but mostly due to fruits...still not sure exactly how bad that is, especially since I workout frequently...

I still do not own a scale!! Am getting one this week, then I can have an official weigh in & will post measurements as well. Apparently there's a way to post pics in these entries, hopefully I can figure that out & include some body shots of my progress as well. Lots of people have already said I look like I'm losing weight, which is always nice to hear. But a scale is definitely needed now that I'm finally serious about changing.

Well, it's off to start my tuesday!!
