Trying to figure out how to work more activity into my day. I work full time and am a student. I am going to start with walking to work five days a week (30min) and obviously walking home to. I am also going out tomorrow to get a kinect and zumba fitness for it. Here is hoping it works. I seem to have a handle on the food side of things, but exercise is tougher than I expected to work in.

As an arthritis sufferer, from a long line of them, I must be concerned for your knees. The walking to work may be stressful. Careful of your knees--Don't hurt yourself.
