Okay so I joined FS a couple years ago. I lost 40 pounds and was feeling great!! I was following my own diet using weight watchers to guide me. The FS took off the WW program and all has been down hill since. I know this is no excuse but it really affected me. I am a ROUTINE person and it just threw a wrench in my plan. I am ready to start again! I feel horrible, I look horrible and want to feel good about myself again. Since I gained the 19 pounds back my self esteem has went way low. I dont like this feeling. I want to feel confident and attractive again. Even if its only to me. So guys...I NEED HELP!!! Ready to start NOW!!!
