I am 80 on 5/25/24. I have osteoarthritis and walk with a walker. I need to lose 20 lbs to take weight off my knees.I am in pain a lot. Other ailments as well, but count my blessings.LOST OVER 100 LBS COUNTING CALORIES 22 YEARS AGO. Kept it off until about 5 yrs ago when i slowed down due to illnesses. SO now i hope to lose once again. My motto is NEVER GIVE UP.
