I am a mom of two girls and a wife to a wonderful husband. I work at home on the computer.

I have struggled with weight my whole life so I really don't ever expect to be anywhere near "skinny" but I need to do better then I am. Stress and lack of exercise has increased my poundage. Yikes!

So I am going to try to get down a bit with a low goal. Then I will work on another goal. But one at a time!
