I am a 59 year old male. I drive a school bus for employment. I have weighed as much as 270lbs ~2014 after going through a battle with blood cancer, chemotherapy, radiation and 2 stem cell transplants. I am now in remission and hope to not relapse again. My weight has fluctuated around 220lb since I was in my late 20's. 1 year ago I was weighing ~238lbs and started an excersize schedule and a food diary. I have now lost ~38 pounds by keeping my calories below 2000 at least 5 days out of the week.
