Hello! I live in Ukraine and I'm here to stable my weight and expand my vocabulary in English. Your posts help me with it a lot. I'm 47y.o. I've achived my goal with the weight, so now I try to eat healthy food and have lots of activity. I go to the gym 4-6 times a week. I like hiking, skiing and riding bicycle as, well. I adore cooking especially on grill.
