I am Carl. 38 years old and a father of two boys. I have dealt with being a bigger guy all of my life and alcohol addiction for the last 8 years. I feel that I have finally beat my addiction and am now focused on my weight. I feel a ton better and think I am looking better on a daily basis. I know it takes a lot of work and determination and I have both to become a better and healthier person.
