I am in the process of having BARIATRIC SURGERY... Which means that I will be having one of 2 possible surgeries that will make my stomach much smaller. It also means I need to CHANGE my eating style ( more of a grazer) to be HEALTHIER CHOICES.. VIA calories, protein, carbs & fiber. I will be going to a more KETO LIFESTYLE.. with specific eating times and amounts... and will also mean that I will need to take VITAMINS & MINERALS that I may not be able to absorb do to this surgery. It requires a DEDICATION to the PROGRAM & ONESELF! Changing BEHAVIORS from unhealthy choices to HEALTHY CHOICES.. It means CHANGING behaviors as to WHY I OVEREAT.. & replace BAD BEHAVIORS for BETTER CHOICES & BEHAVIORS. no more overeating due to emotional pain, overeating due to SUPERSIZING servings & starting to RECOGNIZE ACTUAL SERVING SIZES...It means EXERCISING ROUTINELY to INCREASE the METABOLIC RATE...
This is not DIETING so much as it is CHANGING EATING STYLES that I will need to PROMISE & BE DEDICATED TOO FOR THE REST OF MJY LIFE!
