I am a 60 year old woman, I started my weight loss journey last year on the 28 September 2020. I am 158cm tall and I did weigh in at a whopping 99.2kg at my first weigh in. It was a shocker for me. I since then have lost 28.6kg and 135cm overall. I still do have some weight to loose but I already feeling a whole lot better and healthier.
