just adding a little fun to my diet thats why I'm here. trying to keep this interesting and find some helpful tips.
I was 4 yrs in the marines. came out in '03 and since then my weight has just gone up.
oh well, shit happened and now i'm fixing it.
my goal is 195 lbs w/ 10% bodyfat.
