Hi, I'm Candice!
Hmmmm where to start...I used to have a great happy weight, in fact quite slim but not too skinny and I ate whatever I wanted....until I hit about 20 and then it started creeping on! T
hink I was quite overweight by the time I was about 22 - not excessivly but noticably, then I became very social and thought about food less and my weight stablised and I had a happy weight again....then it started to creep up again and then a couple of years ago I did weightwatchers as I was going on holiday...lost a stone and looked and felt great! T
Then I kept at this weight....met somebody and we enjoyed food a lot together so put some back on....
Then to bring you up to date...in January this year (2008) I was what I guess you would call chubby but not overweight...and then my r'ship ended and due to not being able to eat I lost a stone in about 3 weeks, felt great physically, although not advisable to lose weight this way....then when the heartache went and I started eating again (and all the wrong foods) well my body seems to now hold on to everything and I put the weight on again and some oh and some more...and now I dont seem to be able to lose it...
I joined the gym about 6 weeks ago (never exercised in my life) and go about 5-6 days a week...I thought this meant I could eat what I liked still and still lose weight...I found out this isnt so and so here I am....
Oh and you should know that food is taking over my life and so is my worry over my weight! I never eat without worrying, i never get dressed without thinking I am fat! Its time I went on a mission and i am a true believer that talking/sharing with people in the same situation is a huge motivator!
