I am a retired teacher who taught for 33 years.
I moved to New Jersey from Canada ( Hamilton, Ontario) 13 years ago to marry my husband.
I then proceeded to gain A LOT of weight.
I have now returned to Hamilton, a long story, and want to shed the unwanted pounds I gained there.
Now I am struggling to eat health and be happy with life.
I have 2 children and 5 grandchildren
