i am woman at 33, asian, works on a desk job. i love to eat , love music, love movies and just staying at home. i dont go out much.
i used to manage my weight when i was younger maybe cause i was able to stick to eating veggies that time and jog everyday for more than 30 minutes.. but now, saying "no" to food is a bit difficult and getting my body to be active is also hard. my metabolism is very slow. i envy most people who are able to do No. 2 everyday.
after last year around may , reaching 65 kg i decided i need to lose weight coz it is difficult to move and my body feels lazy most of the time.
i wanna be able to reach 53 or 54 again... so far i have come down to 58kg .. hope i can go further and maintain it
