I am 52 year old, proud mother of 1 daughter who is in college. I live in Phoenix, Arizona with my husband, daughter, 4 horses, 7 chickens, 1 cockatiel, 2 dogs and 1 very special cat. Yes, we call it a ranch. LOL. Over the past few years I had put on about 25-30 pounds. It is time to think about me for a change. It is my turn.
