just trying to start a healthier lifestyle. Not really a "diet" since a diet encourages doing well and then going back to bad eating habits.

The only way to loose the weight is to become healthy. I naturally eat less protien and tons of carbs. That has to change! smaller pasta portions and more lean protien to fill me up.
