I've been on this weight loss since I can remember. Picked up a lot of weight in late primary school and it's been a struggle since. But since around July 2017, I started a new approach which has become my new lifestyle. I know 100% that this is the way I'll eat and live for the rest of my life.
I do IF (OMAD) and follow a lower carb eating plan (not Keto, as I allow myself about 100g carbs a day). So far I've lost over 30 kgs. I have started using this app in order to track macros and calories, because I'm in a bit of a slump with fat loss.
