I am a happy granny, started this journey at 300+lbs about 2006, weight came off slow, but in 2013 Dr. Put me n a by pap machine, no more loss of sleep, no more over load of cortisel hormone. Now I'm losing about 4 to 9 lbs. a month. Doing a little more walking less pain in my knees, back, and feet. I'm going slow, I'm looking toward gainiñg my old self back with badges of wrinkles and greying hair, oops think I'll dye my hair today. Up up and away.
