Here are my diet goals:
Stay under 1800 calories
Exercise daily
Drink 64 oz of water
No Sweets
No eating after 8 PM
I'm too young to be as heavy as I am. I need to become healthier, active, and have more control on my hunger cravings. My BMI indicates I should weigh between 135 and 160 lbs. In order to keep things in perspective, I would like to lose 50 lbs in 6 months to put me at 190 by September 2014.
