I've been 120 for most of my life. But since I've started running and becoming more active, its been difficult to be less than 125. This past year I've gone on vacation a lot and I'm just having a hard time getting back to 125. I was alarmed when I was 139 about a month ago. So, I'm cutting back calories, drinking more water, and sticking with a more steady routine.

I've cut out a lot of liquid calories. It's amazing how much juice, soft drinks, energy drinks, coffee creamer, or a couple martinis can add to your waistline :) That being said, I need to add more fruit and veggies to my diet -- hard for me to keep on hand. Snacks always seem to come in carbs. Soon I should invest in a dehydrator for dried fruits to take with one the go, without all the added sugar those fruit cups have!

It's also hard to stay routine with exercise when I'm traveling around for my job. So I'd like to get into doing more yoga or pilates. Hopefully, I can take a dvd with me wherever I am to still maintain fitness on days where there is no treadmill, or I can't run outside.

Last, I should be getting a road bike soon! Encourage me to get on it and get out of town. Triathalons to come...
