Dopo aver raggiunto quota 76Kg e un ottima forma (novembre 2017), ho cambiato allenamento per mettere su massa, ma....a causa del mio girovagare ho perso l'orientamento.
Ed eccomi qua a rimettermi sotto, con lo stesso stile...lento ma inesorabile!!
