Awesome father of 4, slim build as a kid, fattened up through laziness, early 40s, don't drink smoke or use party powders, tub n tits and a few wobbly bits. Looking to drop the pre-diabetes warnings and get down to a steady 12 stone (75kg) and maintain a healthier living.

Not a gym buff, but dont mind the odd boot camp. Had success in the past with these things but I quickly bore of them like the rest. Love swimming, try to do 1km (50 laps), 3 x per week at present.

Food is the problem. I suck at dieting. Soda and Chocolate are my kryptonite. Managed to stay clear of them this week but I know how strong I am, and I am not very strong. So, I'm just hoping to kerb the itch to binge.

I'd put Willy Wonka into recession if I go on a calorie rampage. So help a fellow Oompa Loompa out brothers n sisters, tell my fat ass to stop eating. :)
