I am a 34 year old single mom but I am also a business professional and 440 pounds... I have been single for 6 years,now my kids are older and off with their friends so I have decided that I no longer want to be alone. However, if I am going to be alone I want to travel (which my weight keeps me from doing).So one week ago (16 Jan 2016) I started a VLCD/Ketogenic diet.
