I am mother of two teenagers and married to a very aktive sporty husband. I work full time as a nurse and love my job : )

I guess I have now reached the age when weight is difficult to shift. I don 't feel comfortable in my skin and would like to loose a few kg, so I can keep up with my kids and husband.
